Processing Time: The time from receiving your order to the actual shipment. Once we receive your order, we will proceed with production and quality inspection to ensure your satisfaction. Typically, we ship orders within 2-3 workdays after the order is placed.
Shipping time: The time from when the order starts shipping to when the order is successfully delivered usually takes 7-10 workdays. While we would like to ensure your order is delivered on time, due to the fact that we use outside delivery companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times, or be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. and might take longer than expected due to invalid addresses or other causes.
